With average solicitor charges in the region of £300 per hour, NACSA offers you an affordable avenue to help ensure the concerns on your case are resolved.

Our services are available on different levels, according to need and budget.

For your subscription of just £40 you will receive:

  • Guidance with your case queries through telephone helpline or email.
  • Access to our SURVIVAL GUIDE.
  • Access to our subscriber section of the website, with a mass of useful information.
  • Gain access to our safe and secure discussion boards.
  • Be kept fully informed of all developments not only with current CS system, but also with the new system CMEC.
  • Regular newsletters updating you with CSA matters.

In addition to subscription, in some circumstances NACSA also provide a full representation service, which allows us to deal with CSA directly on your behalf. This service does incur an additional charge and is available to subscribers only. Please contact us for more details.

We are also now pleased to offer face to face consultations with one of our CSA specialists. Consultations will allow you to bring along any paperwork that you feel needs attention. We can inspect assessment calculations, check arrears balances, and assist you with any concerns, complaints or queries that you have regarding your case. There will be a small fee for this service, and this is available to both general public and to subscribers (by appointment only)
